摘要:定性分析酸枣仁黄***提取物在大鼠胆汁中代谢成分。大鼠口服酸枣仁黄***提取物后行胆管插管术,于0-34h内收集胆汁,采用高效液相色谱―离子阱质谱法定性分析其代谢物成分。结果显示胆汁中两种原形成分和四种代谢陈分得到推定。HPLC-DAD-MSn可用于定性分析酸枣仁黄***提取物在大鼠体内的代谢过程,其代谢成分主要以原形形式存在,并可能与其代谢产物协同内源性成分发挥药理活性。

Qualitative analysis of flavonoid metabolites in rat bile after oral administration of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae extract by HPLC-DAD-MSn

Abstract: The aim of this study was to establish a method for qualitative analysis of the metabolites in rat bile after oral administration of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae flavonoid extract. A cystic duct encheiresis was carried out on a SD rat to collect the bile from zero to 34th hour after oral administration of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae flavonoid extract. High performance liquid chromatography-ion-trap mass spectrometry was applied for qualitative analysis of position. The results showed that two original flavonoids
(spinosin and 6-feruloylspinosin) and four ponents in the bile samples were detected. The method of HPLC-Diode-Array Detection (DAD) and Ion-Trap Mass Spectrometry (MSn) (HPLC-DAD-MSn ) could be used to qualitatively analyze the metabolism of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae flavonoid extract in rat. Original flavonoids are the main positions, and the pharmacological activities may be the result of synergistic effects of origi
