基于SolidWorks转阀式转向器三维造型设计
摘要
近年来随着我国汽车工业的迅猛发展以及人们对于舒适、安全性能要求的不断提高,作为汽车的重要安全部件之一的汽车转向器的生产水平也有了很大提高。目前液压助力转向器在各种助力转向器中占据主导地位,而作为液压助力转向器之一的转阀式液压助力转向器更是应用广泛。现在许多车型所采用的动力转向器多为转阀式液压助力转向器,转阀式动力转向器由于其结构简单紧凑,轴向尺寸短,且零件数目少,灵敏性能高等优点,成为当前动力转向器的发展趋势。本设计主要是基于Solid Works对转阀式转向器进行三维造型。
对于液压助力转向器,控制阀是影响其性能的关键部件,而转阀就是一种能保持液压助力转向器高性能的控制阀。本文研究的是转阀式液压助力转向器,文中分析了此种助力转向器的结构和工作原理,在此基础上根据SolidWorks对其进行零件的绘制以及爆炸图、工程图的生成。

In recent years, along with the rapid development of China's automobile industry fort, safety and to improve the performance of the car, as an ponent of the safety of the production of automobile redirector level has greatly improved. Currently in various hydraulic booster steering the dominant power steering gear, as one of the hydraulic booster redirector turn valve type hydraulic power steering gear is widely used. Now many models used to turn more power steering gear hydraulic booster valve type redirector, turn valve type power steering gear due to its simple pact structure, short axial dimensions, and the number of parts, sensitive, e the high performance of the development trend of the power steering gear. This design is mainly based on the valve type redirector SolidWorks three-dimensional modelling.
For hydraulic booster redirector, control valves is the ponent, and performance of the valve is a turn can keep hydraulic booster redirector high-performance control valves. This research is turn valve type hydraulic power steering gear, the paper analyses the power steering structure and working principle, on the basis of its parts according to SolidWorks draw and explosion figure, engineering drawings.
