这三种类型的书信都是先提到某个问题,然后提出建议或要求。所不同的是,“建议信”的接收对象一般是个人或团体;“倡议信”的接收对象是公众;“反映信”的接收对象是权力部门或媒体,且问题描述较多,建议相对较少。高考中的“建议信”大部分是对“求助信”的回复。
写建议信时,观点要合情合理,注意礼貌当先。同时,建议信要简洁明确、理由充足,具有合理性和说服力。通常包括:
1. 说明写信目的或反映某种情况;2. 提出建议与改进措施并给予忠告;3. 表达希望采纳建议并期盼回复。
