“证券之星”移动商务模式的研究
摘要
近年来,移动商务这一结合电子商务与移动通信技术的新的商务模
式在国内迅速发展起来,其中最突出的要数移动增值业务,如短信、彩
铃、WAP、JAVA 等,而行业进入门槛低的特性,也使得从事移动商务的
内容提供商(CP)之间的竞争日益激烈,同时与业务提供商(SP)-移
动运营商的竞争合作与收益分配问题也日益突出,如何保持行业竞争优
势以及与协调产业链中合作伙伴关系,对业务提供商的发展尤为重要。
“证券之星”作为国内最大的财经资讯提供商,率先在国内推出财
经短信、WAP 以及无线理财等移动商务业务,具有专业性高,交易性强
等优点,但同时也面临着资讯的版权、与移动运营商的竞争合作问题。
本文通过对移动商务基本概况的描述,结合证券之星的竞争态势与
行业 SWOT 的分析,重点论述证券之星实施移动商务的原因及战略意
义,并通过对证券之星移动商务的功能与实现及其盈利模式与价值链的
深入研究,进一步对证券之星移动商务模式发展所面临的问题进行探
讨,由此获得移动商务信息及时性、准确性、独特性与商务模式突出交
易性的启示,对国内移动商务发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

RESEARCH ON THE BUSINESS MODEL OF
“STOCKSTAR” MERCE
ABSTRACT
merce , a new business bines electronic
commerce and munication technology, develops rapidly in China
in past years. The most essful field is mobile value added services
including SMS, CRBT, WAP and JAVA etc. Among Content Providers (CP)
which is involved in the merce business, petition is
getting fiercer for the low entry level of merce industry. At the
same time, petitive cooperation relationship and the portion of
revenue split between Content Providers and Service Providers (SP) – the
work operator starts to be a big issue. Therefore, how to keep the
competition advantage and cooperate with the partners in the value chain of
this industry es extremely important to Content Providers.
As the largest financial information provider in China, STOCKSTAR
es one of the panies who provide merce
services which cover SMS, WAP for financial information and wireless
finance. Those services have big advantages of high profession background
and strong transaction characteristics, but still facing information copyright
protection problem petitive cooperation issue with Service Providers.
