摘要
近几年来我国的消防职业培训逐渐发展起来,并且源源不断地向社会提供大量的消防职业人员,这些职业人员在各自的工作岗位上发挥了重要作用。消防职业培训的发展,在一定程度上满足了消防社会化和社会消防服务的需要。然而,由于我国的消防职业培训起步比较晚,所以许多方面还不成熟,在运行中还存在着一些问题,而且这些问题日益突出,制约着消防职业培训的健康发展。本文通过对我国消防职业培训的现状分析,深入剖析其存在的问题,并在借鉴欧美发达国家消防职业培训制度的基础上提出了完善我国消防职业培训制度的建议,主要包括:借助政府力量推动消防职业培训正规化;严格培训机构的准入条件;建立规范、有效的消防培训运行体系;提高培训师资队伍的素质;充分发挥公安机关消防机构的作用;促进职业培训和鉴定分开;规范消防职业人员的就业制度等。这些建议与对策将有助于推动我国消防职业培训持续、健康、稳定发展,使消防职业培训能够培训出质量水平更高的职业人员,以满足消防工作社会化和社会消防服务的需要。

The research on vocational training of fire
Abstract
In recent years, our country's vocational training of fire is developing and providing a large number of fire professionals to the society. These professionals have played an important role in their work .The development of vocational training of fire have satisfied the needs of fire socialization and services of social fire to some extent. However, our vocational training of fire started too late. There are still many problems in the process of running. Moreover these problems have e increasingly serious, and restricted the healthy development of the vocational training of fire .In this paper, we give some suggestions which aim at perfecting our country’s system through analyzing the status and the problems of vocational training of fire, based on learning from European and American system of Fire vocational training. These suggestions mainly include: to push the regularization of the fire vocational training with the forces of government; to strict the conditions of accessing to training institutions; to set up standardized and effective running system of the fire training; to raise the quality of the teachers of training; to give full play to the role of public security fire control institutions; to promote separation of vocational training and identification; to regulate the employment system of fire professionals.
