摘要
高校是人材培养的基地,高校消防安全工作涉及到全校师生员工的生命和财产安全,更关系到学校和社会的稳定,由此,做好高校消防安全工作,对于确保校园的安定祥和、保证学生的人身安全和健康成长以及维护社会稳定具有十分重要的意义。近年来,高校火灾频发,损失惨重,总结高校火灾教训,高校消防安全存在着管理不到位,建筑和消防设施不符合防火要求,消防宣传不到位,高校师生消防安全意识淡薄等诸多问题,这就要求我们探讨和研究高校消防安全问题,提出合理的改进措施。本文通过查阅大量的参考文献,认真分析高校消防安全现状,来寻求解决高校消防安全问题的措施。尽管近年来高校消防安全问题成为热点问题,引起了社会的广泛关注,但从实际情况来看,高校消防安全工作还有待加强。国家应该推进高校消防立法,为高校消防安全提供具体、针对性的法律依据。各高校应该通过加强管理,加强消防安全宣传教育,加大消防经费投入等措施,维护高校消防安全。

Study on Fire Safety Problems On Campus
Abstract
Universities and colleges are the bases of talents cultivation. Fire safety on campus involves all the members’ life and property safety on campus as well as the stability of campus and the society. Thus to do the fire safety well means a lot to ensuring the peaceful environment of campus and the society, guaranteeing students’ life safety and healthy growth and maintaining the stability of the society. In recent years, fires happened frequently on campus with great losses. Summarizing the lessons we learned from campus fires, we get that there are a lot of problems in campus fire safety, such as the inadequate management, the inconsistency between buildings and fire control facilities and the requirements of fire prevention, the inadequate fire control propaganda, the weak fire safety awareness of campus members and so on. In order to promote fire safety, we need to discuss and research on the topic of fire safety control on campus and provide reasonable measures for improvement. This thesis means to seek the measures of solving the safety problems on campus by consulting a large number of references and analyzing the current situations of campus fire safety. Although campus fire safety has e a hot issue and drawn great attention from the society, it still needs to be strengthened according to the actual situations.
