【摘要】本文以某经济型三厢阶背式轿车一轮造型方案为研究对象,使用数值仿真方法对无机舱平
底盘模型的外气动特性进行详细分析,寻找对整车外流场分布影响较大的因素,并对其进行改进,获得低
风阻车身造型方案,继而使用数值仿真和风洞试验相结合的方法,对全细节模型进行分析,使用气动附件
对车身底部流场进行整流,进一步降低了整车风阻系数。结果表明,为获得低阻车身造型,设计上应尽量
保证车身外形曲面之间平滑过渡,避免出现尖锐转角和凸起,以合理引导气流平滑流过车身表面,延缓气
流分离。在一定范围内, 抬高尾翘可有效减小车身后部真空区的面积,使整车阻力降低。使用前、后轮下
扰流板,平滑底盘可优化车身底部流场,是较为有效的降阻措施。

【Abstract】In this paper,an aerodynamic character analysis of an economic car has been done to
find out the factors which mainly influence the vehicle. Some improvements were used to optimize the
character by CFD method. Then some underbody aero accessories were added to reduce the Cd value
of the car. Both the CFD results and wind tunnel results show that the effects are useful to reach the low
drag target. It was shown that, to get a low Cd body, keep the surface change continuously is necessary.
Avoiding using the sharply turning could lead the air flow passing the body logically, delay the air
separation. Finally, by the result, both rear spoiler and wheel deflector were powerful methods to reduce
the drag.
