摘要:为了准确方便的统计通过航道断面的船舶交通流量,提出了一种基于AIS的船舶交通流量统计方法。通过构建一个由船载AIS、岸台AIS及相关的应用软件组成的船舶交通流量统计系统,对通过航道某一断面的船舶交通流量进行自动统计,同时针对船舶交通流量统计过程中存在的漏统计问题,采用了感知神经网络校验的解决方法。通过开发模拟软件对通过武汉长江大桥的船舶进行了交通流量的自动统计及校验实验,验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract: In order to count the vessel traffic flow of channels’ cross-section accurately and conveniently, a statistical method of vessel traffic flow has been given out based on the AIS. The specific method is that madding up a vessel traffic flow statistic system based on vessels’AIS、shore stations’AIS and relevant application software to realize the automatic statistic of vessel traffic flow from one channel’s cross-section, at the same time for the oversight statistic of vessel traffic flow in the process, give out one solution with using perception work to check and revise.
