摘要:目的:探索药物分析实验教学新的形式和方法。方法:在实验课酸性染料比色法测定硫酸阿托品注射液的含量的教学中对部分学生采用PBL教学法,同时以同年级的其他学生为对照。结果:PBL教学法有助于培养学生在自学、团队合作、分析问题和解决问题等多方面能力,所涉及的内容经课堂操作及实验报告测试掌握较好,平均成绩较高。结论:在药物分析实验课程教学中采用PBL教学法可行。

The application of PBL teaching method in pharmaceutical analysis experimental teaching

Abstract: Goal: To investigate a new form and method of pharmaceutical analysis in experimental teaching. Method: Uses the PBL teaching method to determinate the content of Atropine Sulfate Injection with the acid dye colorimetry to partial students, the others as parison. Result: The PBL teaching method is helpful in training the students to study independently, the team cooperation, to analysis and solve the problems. The test results and the average examination results are well. Conclusion: Uses the PBL teaching method in pharmaceutical analysis experimental teaching is feasible.

PBL的全称“problem based learning”,即“以问题为基础”的教学模式,起源于2O世纪5O年代美国的医学教育[1,2]。目前,“以问题为基础”的学习,在国内外多所医学院校的基础课、临床课和实验课中进行了部分尝试,取得了较好效果[3~5]。PBL的核心是以学生为中心进行启发式教学,以培养学生的自学能力和解决实际问题的能力为重点,激发学生学习的动力,引导学生把握学习内容的教学方法,即以问题为中心,以学生为主体,以教师为主导的小组讨论式教
