1978年,超声技术首次应用于区域阻滞麻醉,当时利用超声血流探测技术定位锁骨下动脉,间接完成了锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞,但对神经结构显示非常模糊。
1994年,第一次真正在超声引导下完成锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞。
