文档介绍:兵团连队干部绩效评价实证研究
摘要:新疆生产建设兵团为新疆稳定和发展发挥了重大作用,着力解决影响和制约兵团科学发展的突出问题具有重要意义。兵团连队干部是推动兵团经济发展的一支重要队伍,连队干部素质的提高一直是兵团经济发展有待于解决的瓶颈问题。建设高素质连队干部队伍,不但能帮助兵团提高管理效率,而且能够提升每个职工的绩效,促使兵团实现战略目标。本文通过访谈法和问卷调查法对新疆农六师101团现有的绩效考评现状进行调查,运用层次分析法、模糊评价法构建连队干部绩效评价体系,并对其干部绩效进行实证评价分析。由此找出影响连队干部绩效的重要因素,提出具体改进方案,以期为新疆兵团单位提供可借鉴的理论和参考依据。

Abstract
To the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in Xinjiang stability and development played a major role in efforts to solve influence and restrict the Corps of the scientific development of the outstanding problems of great significance. Through interviews and questionnaires to the six division 101 regiment of Xinjiang Agricultural existing performance appraisal system to investigate problems, results for AHP, fuzzy evaluation method to identify the factors that affect the performance of pany cadres, cadres of pany performance evaluation system and evaluated. Performance evaluation of modern methods and application of improved agricultural six divisions 101 regiment of Xinjiang performance evaluation system, and proposes mendations and specific improvement program to Xinjiang Corps units can learn the theory and references.

1绪论
研究背景<br胡锦涛强调,当前党的执政能力与新形势新任务的要求还不完全适应、不完全符合;一些党员干部的思想观念、能力素质与党的先进性要求,还不完全适应、不完全符合;一些基层党组织的管理手段和创新能力与经济社会发展任务还不完全适应、不完全符合,一些地方的党组织、领导班子、领导干部党性党风党纪方面还存在这样那样的问题。应该深刻认识新形势下建设高素质干部队伍的重大意义。自二十世纪九十年代以来,在全球经济一体化浪潮冲击下,在社会经济技术化、信息化趋势的撞击下,以战略管理目标为导向,运用新型企业绩效评价体系来实现动态监控与测评企业战略经营绩效和员工绩效已成为必然。
