曲靖烟区烤烟1 化学指标及其相关性分析

摘要: 对云南省曲靖烟区 2005~2007年 9县(市、区) 所产烤烟烟叶 C3F的常规化学指标进行总体描述、产烟
县(市、区) 、年份间、不同品种间的统计分析及烤烟各化学指标间的相关性分析, 结果表明: (1) 曲靖烟区
烤烟中除总糖、还原糖、糖碱比略偏高, 钾的含量略偏低外; 总氮、烟碱、氯含量、氮碱比、钾氯比等化学指
标均符合优质烟叶的要求。(2) 除烟碱、氯、钾含量变异较大外, 其他化学成分都比较稳定。(3) 化学成分在
县际间(除氯外) 、年份间(除氯、钾外)、主栽品种间(除还原糖、钾外) 差异不显著。(4) 总糖与还原糖呈
高度正相关; 烟碱与总氮, 氮碱比与糖碱比呈中度正相关; 总氮、烟碱与糖碱比, 烟碱与氮碱比, 氯与钾氯比
呈中度负相关。控制烟叶总糖含量, 协调糖碱比, 提高钾含量是今后曲靖烟叶品质的改良方向。
