摘要
本课题对ZK60-Nd-Y变形镁合金在挤压态进行研究,在铸态、挤压态以及时效或固溶-时效等条件下,采用硬度测试、金相组织观察等试验方法对样品进行试验研究,结果表明:ZK60-Nd-Y镁合金经挤压后,组织均匀,第二相化合物弥散分布,从而使合金的力学性能比铸态的有明显提高;ZK60-Nd-YZK60镁合金直接进行时效处理时,时效温度不变的情况下,硬度随着时效时间的延长,呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势;挤压态ZK60-Nd-Y经固溶处理后,在相同时间时效时,随着时效温度升高,硬度先升高后降低,如时效时间为1h,时效温度分别为100℃、150℃、200℃时,、、;通过力学性能测试和金相组织的观察、分析,对于ZK60-Nd-Y变形镁合金而言,直接进行时效处理的热处理工艺所表现出来的性能优于固溶-时效处理的热处理工艺所表现出的性能。

Abstract
This project studies the extrusion state of ZK60-Nd-Y wrought magnesium alloy, under the condition of as-cast, extrusion and ageing or solution-ageing, it experiments the samples with the experimental methods of hardness testing, observation of microstructure, etc. The result shows that via extruding the structure of ZK60-Nd-Y magnesium alloy is homogeneous, and the second-pounds form a distribution state, so that the mechanical properties of the alloy have increased obviously than ascast; When dealing ZK60-Nd-Y magnesium alloy directly with aging time, hardness,asageing temperature increases, presents variation tendency with fall after rising in the same aging temperature; Extrusion state ZK60-Nd-Y, after having dealt with solution treatment, its hardness falls after rising with the increasing aging temperature in the same aging time, such as the aging time is 1 h, aging temperature for 100 ℃,150 ℃, 200 ℃, the corresponding hardness were HBS, HBS, HBS ; According to the mechanical properties test and observation and analysis of microstructure, as for ZK60-Nd-Ywrought magnesi
