我国经济取得了辉煌成就之时,区际经济差距问题也日益加大,这种经济增长的空间不平衡性已经阻碍了国民经济的整体发展。本文以此为背景,围绕我国货币政策的区域效应与货币政策的变动对我国青、藏两省地区的影响分别运用单位根检验、协整检验以及格兰杰因果检验进行了实证研究,并得出实证结论:国民生产总值、金融机构贷款余额以及广义的货币供应量对于货币政策产生区有较大的影响。单击此处输入正文基于此结论本文给出调整货币政策工具的操作方式、优化青、藏两省资金来源渠道、建立青、藏两省金融中心,完善金融市场等一系列政策建议。

ABSTRACT
China has seen brilliant economic achievements, but the interregional economic gap issues are ing serious, this economic growth space imbalance has hindered the overall development of the national economy. This paper tries to background, around China's ary policy area effect and the change in ary policy in qinghai, Tibet on the influence of the two provinces area unit root test, using respectively, cointegration test and granger causality test, an empirical study, and draw a conclusion: GDP, financial institutions loan balances and generalized currency supply for ary policy produce area have a major influence. Based on this conclusion are given in this paper adjusted ary policy tool mode of operation, optimizing the qinghai, Tibet provinces funding sources, building qinghai, Tibet provinces financial center, perfect financial markets and so on a series of policy mendations.
