现代企业的竞争归根结底体现在人力资源的竞争上,而培训工作作为企业人力资源管理开发的关键,一方面直接关系到企业人力资源的整体素质的形成,另一个方面直接影响企业人力资源开发管理其他环节工作的开展。
    在激烈的市场竞争中,有效的人力资源培训能提升管理者水平,提高企业战略高度。但在实践中,许多企业由于缺少科学的工作分析和人才测评手段,对员工又不能从其知识、技能、能力、个性等方面进行全面整体的把握,导致培训对象层次不明晰,培训课程体系不合理,激励机制不完善,又挫伤员工参加培训的积极性,从而导致员工满意度低,甚至选择跳槽等方式离开。
 通过对大量文献的阅读和研究,深入了解胜任力的概念、模型、特点等等,并结合企业的实际情况及培训现状,建立属于企业自己的培训课程体系。

Abstract
Competition of modern enterprises is reflected in the final analysis, human resources, competition, and the training of human resource management as a key to the development, on the one hand is directly related to the overall quality of human resource formation, a direct impact on another aspect of human resource development and management of other Aspects of work.
In the fierce petition, effective human resources training to enhance the management level, and improving the strategic height.
