随着中国经济的迅速发展以及结构的巨大调整,我国企业面临的竞争对手越来越多,面临的竞争压力越来越大。企业要想在激烈竞争的市场环境中求得生存与发展,就必须不断提升企业的核心竞争力,必须学习借鉴国内外绩优企业的管理经验,必须掌握现代企业管理科学的理念与技能,向内部管理要效益,通过管理提升自身的核心竞争力,提高组织绩效。目前,在我国实施绩效管理的企业并不多,而且在一些实施了绩效管理的企业,实际效果也并不理想。绩效管理犹如一把双刃剑,做好了可提高企业组织绩效,创造更大效益,留住优秀人才,否则,则会打击员工士气,影响企业竞争力。本文通过对绩效管理理论的阐述和对我国企业绩效管理现状的分折和描述,以及存在问题的初步研究,提出一些针对性的措施。

ABSTRACT
With China's rapid development in economy and big adjustment in structure , there are more and more rivals that enterprises of our country must be confronted with,and petition pressure es greater and greater. If enterprises want to get survive and development in the market environment of petition,they must promote the petitiveness of enterprises constantly, draw lessons from the experience of management of good efficiency both from domestic and international enterprises,grasp modern enterprise ideas and skills of management science, seek benefit from the inside one’s own petitiveness through management,improve the performance anizing.
At present, there are actually few enterprises using the Performance Management in our country, and the enterprises that carry PM into execution have not gained the satisfying is like a double-edged sword,doing well can improve anization performance,create greater benefit,keep outstanding talents here;otherwise, it will attack staffs morale and affect the to make the world—famous maturity experience local,how to make the performance management theory into practice,those are the subjects that need to put forth effort to explore and study.
