摘要
随着汽车整车行业的竞争越来越激烈,汽车整车企业要增强自身的核心竞争
力才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。而作为企业第三利润源泉的物流管理起着
不可忽视的作用,合理、有效的物流管理才能提高效率、降低企业成本,真正的
为企业创造价值。但是传统的物流管理主要以纸质、条形码为主,大大降低了企
业物流管理的效率,因此汽车整车制造企业要想提高自身的核心竞争力和信息化
程度,必须对企业内的物料进行实时的自动跟踪识别以提高物流管理水平。射频
识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID)作为自动识别技术的主流技术,
具有非接触式读写,标签尺寸小,读写速度快以及数据存储容量大等技术优势,
将 RFID 应用于汽车企业生产物流管理,势必为汽车企业的生产带来了新的契机。
本文首先介绍了汽车物流管理的概念和当前 RFID 技术的应用现状,指出将
RFID 应用于物流管理的目的和意义。其次分析汽车整车制造企业的物流流程,描
述各个环节,最后总结当前汽车整车制造物流管理的现状进行总结并指出当前物
流管理的不足。为了适应汽车行业的发展和增强汽车整车企业的自身竞争力,提
出汽车整车制造物流管理的新需求。
在新的物流管理需求分析的基础上,提出基于 RFID 的汽车整车制造物流管理
系统。第三章建立基于 RFID 的汽车整车制造物流管理的总体架构和物流信息系
统,并给出各应用子系统的详细设计过程。
第四章研究基于 RFID 的汽车整车制造物流管理的关键技术。主要包括 RFID
标准、RFID 标签编码、RFID 设备选型,最后设计基于 RFID 的物流信息系统和其
他信息系统的集成。
最后以重庆某微车制造厂为例介绍了 RFID 在物流管理中的应用。

ABSTRACT
With the petition in the automobile manufacturing industry, the vehicle
manufacturers must strengthen their petitiveness if they want to remain in the
invincible position during petition. The logistics management, which is the third
profit source, plays an important role in the enterprises, only the reasonable,effective
logistics management can improve efficiency, reduce cost and at last create value for the
enterprises. However, the paper and bar code are the main logistics management ways
in the traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises, which largely decrease the level
of automation and petition. So the automobile enterprises hope to
automatically trace and identify the inner material to improve petitiveness and
information degree. Radio frequency identification (RFID) as the main technology in
the automatic identification field, its good technical performance brings new chance for
automobile logistics management.
