本文针对一汽大众奥迪车前端分装线的调查与研究,提出了个人的意见。装配线作业是汽车生产的重要环节。装配线的动作高效化、时间标准化、管理可视化以及装配现场的布局合理化对于汽车前端的装配效率、装配成本、以及装配质量有着重要作用。
在文中以理论联系实际,运用工业工程的知识对奥迪车前端分装线进行研究,利用mod法得到各工位的标准时间根据生产节拍确定出操作人员,再利用生产平衡率的标准对该分装线进行评定,分析其存在的问题,对存在的问题进行改善,设计出合理的设计方案,并用flexsim仿真软件对其进行仿真。在总体考虑下,层层分析,步步深入为一汽大众奥迪车前端分装线平衡与优化提出切实可行的方法,以便达到提高装配生产的能力,同时降低装配作业的生产成本的目的。

Abstract
This paper is the survey and research about faw Volkswagen an audi front repacking line, and I puts forward personal opinions. The assembly line homework is an important link in production of cars. The action of the assembly line, standardized time, high efficiency management visualization and the layout of the assembly site rationalization has an important role for the car front assembly efficiency, cost, and assembly quality.
In this paper, using the theory with the practice of industrial engineering knowledge of an audi, packing front line of each station of the mod get standard time according to production to determine the beat operation personnel, recycle production rate of the standard of balance packing line evaluated and the analysis of its existing problems, the existing problems, and designed to improve rational design scheme, and flexsim simulation software of the simulation. In general, layer upon layer, consider analysis for faw Volkswagen an audi front line balance packing and optimization and feasible method, so as to improve the ability of the assembly production and reduce assembly work of the production cost of purpose.
