当前,我国正处在改革发展的关键时期,高校也迎来了改革发展的高峰时期。目前最明显的变化是许多高校都逐渐建立了新校区,这在一定程度上缓解了扩招给高校带来的硬件落后的压力,为高校的蓬勃发展打下了基础。同时由于部分大学新校区建设中出现一系列制约大学发展的因素,在目前高额负债的情况下,关于新校区牵涉到的中国高校建设和实践研究成为了热点话题。
