细长略弯曲的杆菌,有时呈分枝生长趋势,故得名
胞壁含有大量脂质,生长成粗糙型菌落,抗酸染色阳性,又称抗酸杆菌

Mycobacterium tuberculosis
produces no exotoxins or enzymes that contribute to infectiousness
plex waxes & other substances that prevent destruction by lysosomes of macrophages
transmitted by airborne respiratory droplets
only 5% infected people develop clinical disease
