摘要
备件供应是汽车售后服务中最重要的一项服务内容,它与整车企业的品牌维
护、维修企业的经济绩效密切相关。既要满足汽车维修时需要,又要合理占用资
金,是备件供应的基本原则,准确的备件需求预测对备件供应的合理性和经济性
十分重要。本论文的主要任务是将 RFID 技术和商务智能结合起来应用在汽车备
件供应链上,通过对汽车备件供应链上各节点环节进行实时、高效地监控以及后
期信息的有效处理和决策支持,形成一个智能需求预测支持系统。
为此论文在汽车备件种类繁多、需求数量不稳定等的特点的基础,结合预测
问题本身的复杂性、信息不完全性和非结构化,进行了汽车备件预测支持系统的
设计。论文首先分析了汽车备件供应行业的背景,指出汽车备件行业所存在的问
题、未来发展的方向,提出了课题研究的意义。并对 RFID 技术和 BI 技术的应
用概况和研究现状,以及所用到的预测技术方法进行了详细地说明。然后通过分
析汽车备件本身的特点、供应特性以及营销策略,阐述了备件预测过程及其特点,
并利用 RFID 技术、BI 技术特点构建备件需求预测模型。再接着在此基础上进行
系统逻辑设计,主要包括系统总体结构说明、RFID 信息处理子系统设计、数据
仓库子系统设计、预测模型子系统设计。最后将关键备件作为一个系统应用例子
进行系统应用过程说明。
论文就 RFID 技术和商务智能的技术优势,给出了汽车备件供应链上备件需
求预测的概念系统设计,对汽车备件行业供应链的整合、提高有一定的作用和意
义。

Abstract
Spare parts supply is one of the important after-sales services, which is closely
related to the keeping of auto brand and economic performance of repairing enterprise.
There is a basic principle of parts supply, which is that it is not only necessary to meet
the needs of auto repairing, but also to use the fund reasonably. The accurate
forecasting of parts demand is very important to the rationality and economy of parts
supply. The primary task of this thesis is to apply RFID technology and business
intelligence in the supply chain of automotive spare parts. It is to monitor each node
of supply chain in real-time and efficient way, and to do post-processing and decision
support. So that it will be to form an intelligent demand forecasting support system.
As a wide range of automotive spare parts and unstable bining with
plexity of forecasting and unstructured and inadequate information, we build
an information system of parts supply forecast by the method bining RFID
technology and Business Intelligence. Firstly, it analyzes the background of parts
supplying for automotive industry pointing out the problems of auto parts industry
and the future direction of RFID technology and BI, and the feasibility of technology
