摘要:家用燃气灶能量利用效率的高低,决定性影响燃气灶的节能性、经济性和环保性。本
文以灶具-炊具系统一体化为研究对象,在深入研究灶具-炊具系统的高效传热、高效保温技
术基础上,基于高效传热原理的灶具-炊具系统一体化设计理念,融合高效燃烧、高效传热、
高效保温技术,通过对遮热套、锅底、辐射板等综合设计研究,设计出具有高效传热、高效
保温、低排烟温度、低成本特点的高效灶具-炊具系统,灶具-炊具系统的能源利用率显著提
高。

Abstract: The level of domestic gas stove energy utilization efficiency decides the energy saving
efficiency, economical efficiency, and environmental efficiency of the gas stove. In this paper,
considering the stove-cooking utensil as the object of study, on the basis of deep research of
stove-cooking utensil system’s high-effective heat transfer, high-effective heat preservation
technology, combing the technology of high-effective burning, high-effective heat transfer,
high-effective heat preservation, a stove-cooking utensil system that is of high-effective heat
transfer, high-effective heat preservation, low cost, low exit flue gas temperature is designed and
the stove-cooking utensil system’s energy efficiency is improved significantly prehensive
designing and researching of the insulation cover, the bottom of pot, and the radiant panel on the
condition of keeping high-effective burning.

0 引言
家用燃气灶能量利用效率的高低,决定了燃气灶的节能性、经济性和环保性。燃气灶能
量利用率由其燃烧效率和热效率决定,只有同时具有高效燃烧效率和高效热效率的灶具-炊
具系统才能获得高效的能量利用效率。以对流传热为主的普通燃气灶,因其传热速度慢、烟
气停留时间短、离灶烟气温度高,以及锅底对环境的散热等原因,热利用效率很低。
提高民用灶具-炊具系统燃气利用效率的研究主要集中于高效燃烧技术研究上,而灶具-
炊具间的高效传热技术却很少研究。何玺[1]对家用燃具的燃烧状况进行分析并提出优化方
法;吕剑明等人[2]研制了一种家用燃气灶节能圈,具有较好节能效果;吴成年[3]从分析燃气
灶热损失入手,推导出锅底面燃气的热交换损失计算公式,并
