摘要
随着市场竞争的日趋激烈、国民经济的战略性调整,投资风险对企业生存发展的影响愈来愈大。我国的中小企业会越来越多,越来越活,中小企业将在我国国民经济中起着重要作用,这给中小企业的发展带来了机遇,也带来了竞争。本文阐述了电子商务给中小企业带来的机遇和挑战及中小企业发展电子商务的动力和电子商务的概念、特点和发展过程,分析了中小企业如何发展电子商务及开展电子商务面临的问题。

Abstract
With the increasingly fierce petition, the strategic adjustment of the national economy, the investment risk for enterprises to survive the impact of the development of more and more. The current state of development of SMEs for the study based on an analysis of SMEs in the development of risk investment problems and ings, has made a series of countermeasures and proposals.
