中小企业员工组织社会化影响因素的探索

摘要:通过对 69 家中小企业的 764 个样本进行实证研究,综合运用探索性因子分析、描述
性统计分析和多元回归析等统计方法,探讨中小企业员工组织社会化的影响因素。研究结果
显示:(1)权威领导,仁慈领导,个体情绪商数均对单位培训有显著正向影响;(2)权威
领导,仁慈领导,个体情绪智力对未来期待有显著正向影响;(3)仁慈领导,个体情绪智
力对同事支持有显著正向影响,德行领导对其有负影响;(4)仁慈领导以及个体情绪智力
对了解组织有显著正向影响。这为企业在实践中通过调整领导风格和提升个体情绪智力来促
进员工组织社会化进程提供理论依据和参考,并提供了相应的管理建议。

Exploratory research of the impact factors of SME staff
organizational socialization

Abstract: Based on a sample of 764 staffs from 69 small-medium size enterprises in China, we
explore the influencing factors of anizational Socialization. The data were analyzed by
exploratory factor analysis, multiple regression and descriptive analysis. The results show that (1)
authoritative leadership, benevolent leadership and Individual emotional quotient have significant
positive impact on unit training; (2) authoritative leadership, benevolent leadership, and individual
emotional intelligence have a significant positive impact on the future expect; (3) benevolent
leadership, individual emotional intelligence have a significant positive impact on colleagues to
support, moral leadership have a negative impact on it; (4) benevolent leadership and individual
emotional i
