摘要:双光子激光共聚焦显微镜是一类非线性光学显微镜,是目前应用较多的多光子显微镜
中的一种。利用物质本身的“双光子效应”或者通过特定荧光标记,双光子激光共聚焦显微
镜可以实现对样本的高分辨率活体三维扫描。本文简要介绍了双光子激光共聚焦显微镜的原
理及其在植物微细结构及植物与外源性物质相互作用中的应用研究进展。

A review on the application of two-photon laser scanning
confocal microscope in the study of plant-chemical
interaction

Abstract: The two-photon laser scanning confocal microscope (TPLSCM) is a class of nonlinear
optics, which is one of the most applied multi-photon microscope. Because the two low-energy
photons simultaneously was absorbed by a molecule and excite fluorescence, the TPLSCM allows
imaging of living tissue up to a very high depth, that is up to about one millimeter. By appropriate
use of TPLSM, a high-resolution three-dimensional imaging of physiology, morphology and
biochemical interactions in intact tissues or live plants can be achieved. This article briefly
describes the principle of the two-photon laser scanning confocal microscope and its application in
study on the plant fine structure and the interactions of plant with exogenous substances.
