华侨大学硕士论文泉州市物流企业发展战略研究
摘要
作为海峡西岸经济区重要中心城市之一的泉州,要全面对接省
委、省政府建设海峡西岸经济区重大战略构想,必须大力发展物流
业。而物流业的发展,有赖于物流企业的发展壮大。因此,积极发
展第三方物流,实现物流的社会化、专业化、规模化将是泉州市现
代物流业的发展方向。
正如美国著名的战略管理学家安德鲁斯指出:“重要的不是怎
么做事,而是努力去做正确的事。”泉州市第三方物流企业的进一
步发展,战略是关键。针对泉州这一特定区域的物流企业的发展战
略研究,笔者主要是通过查阅资料与实地调研、实证分析与规范分
析相结合的方式进行研究。本文首先综述了企业、物流企业战略管
理的理论,遵循战略管理研究的思路——从环境分析、战略选择到
战略的实施,主要在以下几个方面做出了研究并得出本人的观点:
1、对目前泉州物流企业发展现状与问题进行研究,分析泉州物
流企业进一步发展的制约因素。
2、对泉州物流企业所处的战略环境进行分析研究,研究发现泉
州第三方物流市场需求潜力很大,泉州物流企业有很好的发展机遇
与基本条件。
3、在前面分析的基础之上,对泉州物流企业发展的战略规划与战略决策
提出了几点建议,希望可以对物流企业潜在的进入者以及已经在位的物流企业
提供参考,可以对解决物流企业的生存发展问题发挥借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT
Quanzhou, as one of the important cities in the economy area of the
west shore of strait, should energetically develop its logistics in order to
cater for the great strategic concept made by provincial mittee
and provincial government. They want to construct economy area in the
west shore of the strait. However, the development of logistics hangs on
the development and prosperousness of logistics enterprises. Hence, the
modern logistics in Quanzhou should actively develop the third party
logistics, and move towards the socialization, specialization and
reasonable scale of logistics.
As a famous strategy and management professor h

great effort to do the right thing.” Strategic is the key point for the further
development of the third party enterprises of logistics in Quanzhou.
