【摘要】目的:通过探讨急性阑尾炎手术切U感染的预防方式,旨在为降低切口感染提高患者生活质量提供理论依据。方法:选择2010年3月-2014年6 月在我院接受急性阑尾炎手术患者128例,其中31例患者发生切口感染作为研宄组,97例患者未发生切U感染作为对照组,对两组患者一般资料、手术情况等进行统计分析。结果:研究组患者肥胖、手术时间、切口类型、留置引流临床资料与对照组比较差异显著,P<。结论:急性阑尾炎手术应严格遵守无菌操作流程,选择合理术式,并加强护理可有效预防切U感染。
