后颅窝肿瘤应用CT和MRI诊断与鉴别的临床分析

【摘要】目的:研究后颅窝肿瘤应用CT和MRI诊断与鉴别的临床价值。方法: 选取我院2014年3月到2016年3月期间收治的后颅窩肿瘤患者40例为研究对象,使用CT检查的患者有31例,其中有24例进行增强扫描检查。使用MRI检查的患者有32例,其中有25例进行增强扫描检查。结果:所有患者中有13例患者诊断为听祌经瘤,7例患者为脑膜瘤,5例患者为转移性肿瘤,4例患者为星形胶质细胞瘤,5例患者为室管膜瘤,6例患者为髓母细胞瘤。使用CT和MRI 检查能够有效观察到后颅窝肿瘤的特征性表现,而CT检查图像对肿瘤钙化的显示十分敏感,MRI检查的三维成像方式能够让患者的肿瘤位置判断更加准确,并切有利于对肿瘤周围部位详细情况的掌握。结论:后颅窝肿瘤应用CT检查和 MRI检查的效果较好,能够准确判断患者的肿瘤部位及具体病变情况,有利于患者后颅窝肿瘤的及早发现,具有很高临床推广价值。
