摘要
我国教师校本培训有助于教师专业成长,但目前的校本培训还存在着教师对校本培训的认识不到位、培训方式单一、培训内容脱离实际、工学矛盾突出,培训时间难以安排、培训管理机制不健全、评价方式单一等问题。为此,要加深教师对校本培训的认识、丰富和改进培训方式、加强培训内容与实际的联系、集中培训与分散培训相结合,解决工学矛盾、加强校本培训管理、建立有效的评价系统。

Abstract
Teacher school-based training is helpful to teacher professional development in our country, but the current school-based training, there are teachers' understanding of school-based training does not reach the designated position, single training method, training content from reality, the contradiction in engineering training time hard to arrange, training management mechanism is not sound, single assessment way and other issues. Therefore, to deepen teachers' understanding of school-based training, enrich and improve the training mode, strengthening the training content and the actual contact, focused bined with dispersed training, solving the conflict of the technology and strengthen the management of school-based training, establish an effective evaluation system.

引言
教师校本培训,是指基于学校发展和教师自身专业成长的需要,由学校发起和规划、将本校作为教师继续教育的基地并立足于本校的教育教学实际的培训的活动[1]。第一,培训的前提是学校要有明确的办学理念、有详细的发展规划。第二,培训的主体是教师,是教师的反思与觉醒,外聘的人员与课程只是辅助角色。第三,培训的关键是追求特色,目标在于形成教有特色、学有特长的教育理念。我们是从教育过程中的实际问题出发来理解校本培训的,它是以解决实际问题、改进教师的教育行为、提高教育质量为目标;以教师的自学、探究、合作研讨以及他人的指导和帮助为主要方式。它是在学校中进行的;是教师在教育过程中结合教育实践进行的;是充分利用学校的教育资源进行的教师培训。
1校本培训的内容
校本培训的内容主要包括五个方面:(1)现代教育理念。现代教育理念包括与课程和教学相关的教育心理学、教育哲学、教育社会学、教育经济学等, 还包括其他教师的新理念的学习、国外新理念的学习等。主要是为了帮助教师树立与“新课程”相适应的现代教育观念,指导教师
