摘要: 对龙岩卷烟厂卷包信息管理系统的总体结构、功能模块和特点进行了介绍。系统实现了管理与
控制一体化,将生产计划、进度安排、过程控制、质量管理、设备维护等有机地集成起来,它的应用大大
提高了龙岩卷烟厂的卷包车间生产管理水平。

Abstract:The general frame,function modules and specific character of Roll-Packing Information Manage
System in LongYan Cigarette Factory were introduced. The integration of manage and control was realized in
the system,the production plan,schedule arrange,the process of control,quality control,equipment maintain

卷包车间是卷烟厂的重要的生产车间,它的管理水平直接影响到企业的生产管理水平
和经济效益。通过近年来的技术改造,我厂卷包车间的自动化程度大大提高,利用计算机来
实现卷包车间的管理与监控已成为可能。原有的一些卷包数采系统往往只实现了数据采集,
没有将采集到的数据与管理、分析相结合,数据难以为生产管理发挥出最佳功效。我厂 2005
年实施的卷包信息系统实现了管控一体化,很好地将数据采集与管理分析、控制相结合,使
卷包车间的生产管理水平得到很大的提高。
1 系统总体设计方案
如图 1 所示,整个系统采用多层分布式应用系统结构,包含表现层、业务层、数据层
三个主要的结构层次。

系统数据库采用 ORACLE ,实时数据库:SQL_SERVER 2000,前台采用 Windows 2000,
开发工具为 。主机系统为 HP 技架式服务器。网络系统采用千兆以太网技
