摘要:近年来,随着社会经济发展对人才要求的提高,以及大学生“就业难”问题的日益突出,大学生的工作态度、职业道德和职业操守的培养问题,已成为当前高等教育中的突出问题之一。目前,学术界围绕大学生职业道德教育这一主题的研究,广泛涉及其必要性,探讨了大学生职业道德教育的目标与原则、内容体系、课程体系和途径,深入研究了评价机制与师资力量。通过对这些成果的分析,我们发现大学生职业道德教育研究仍存在一些方面需要深入探讨。

Abstract: Recently, with the development of social and economic, employers require the improvement of talent. The problem of students “difficult job” es more and more serious. Students work attitude, ethics and the cultivation of professional ethics have e one of the outstanding problems in higher education. Currently, the munity around the theme of occupational moral education, involving the need for extensive, principles and objectives, content, curriculum and approaches, in-depth study of the evaluation mechanism and qualified teachers. 大学生作为一个特殊的知识群体,他们将是未来社会各行各业建设的主力军,他们的职业道德水平直接关系着中华民族的未来。增强大学生职业道德教育,对于全面实施科教兴国和人才强国战略,加快社会主义现代化建设的宏伟目标,具有重大而深远的战略意义。笔者通过文献检索对该领域的研究成果进行了收集整理,本文拟对当前大学生职业道德教育研究简要综述。
一、关于大学生职业道德教育的必要性研究
