摘要
住房在人类生活中具有不可或缺的作用,而随着城市化的不断推进,城市房屋拆迁已经成为改善城市形象的重要工程,也已经成为城市建设中的一个重点和难点,城市房屋拆迁是一项复杂的系统工程,拆迁过程中涉及政府、开发商、被拆迁人等多方利益,在拆迁活动中难免会引起矛盾冲突。矛盾冲突的根本原因是利益冲突,期间暴露出了公共利益如何界定、征收的程序、房屋征收的司法程序、征收补偿标准、政府在拆迁补偿中的角色定位等诸多问题。本文就我国当前城市房屋的现状及拆迁过程中产生的问题进行分析并提出合理化建议。
