[Abstract] Objective Investigating the the different methods of   absorption of oxygen  in preterm or low birth weight the research contents that the oxygen relates to retinopathy of analyzing the conditions of current researches, the extreme purpose is finding out a research shortcut which resolve the bestly using oxygen project to the ROP.  Methoths We searched Cochrane Library (Issue 1,2007), MEDLINE(1966~ ),EMbase (1966~ ) and (1979~ ),Applying the thought of evidence-based medicine ,We collected relevant systematic reviews ,randomized controlled trials and no randomized controlled trials about the relativity of different absorbtion oxygen methods and ROP. Results According to present datas, No oxygen < mask group<HFVgroup<mask+ HFV to ROP. Concolutions  As for the relations about
