摘要:假动作贯穿于整个篮球运动的每一个环节中,无论攻防中的任何一项技、战术的动作规格、方向、路线、时间、节奏等具体的环节都与假动作相互交织,从进入篮球比赛场地的那一刻起,便无时无刻不充斥着假动作。攻防队员之间相互的假动作更是运动员斗智斗勇的集中表现,是衡量一个篮球运动员运动技能的最重要标志之一,也是篮球运动魅力的主要体现。而防守中假动作的运用丰富和增强了个人防守动作和能力,使防守更具攻击性和威力更有效果。

abstract: Fake action run through every last links of the whole basketball games, no matter what material links just like action standard、direction、route、time、rhythm and so on of any one technique、tactics in attack and defensive are interlace fake actions with one another, from enter in to basketball games then on, fake action is everywhere。In attack and defensive, fake actions of team members are the collected representations of team members’ battle of wits and courageous, are above all one of symbols to weigh the skill of a basketball player, are also mostly embodiment of basketball’ charm. The using of fake actions in defensive enrich and improve personal defensive motion skills and ability, make defensive more offensive and power, more efficiency.

根据《篮球大辞典》的定义,篮球运动的假动作是攻方队员为了隐蔽自己的真实比赛意图,运用动作、节奏、方向的变化等方式达到迷惑对方的一种战术行动。其目的就是要吸引对方的注意力,扰乱对手,并迫使其在进攻或防守中出现瞬时的判断失误和不正确的应答动作,从而利用这一机会完成自己的攻守动作。假动作是篮球运动中最难掌握的技能之一。假动作的成功运用不仅有利于真动作的顺利实现,而且是运动员掌握和控制对手的主要标志,是
