[摘要]目的:研究以能力为本位的高职医学统计方法课程教学模式的实施方式,观察其教学效果。方法:以2010年和2011年学习医学统计方法课程的医护类高职学生为对象,采取交叉设计方法,以班级为单位采取不同的模式进行教学,教学活动完成后对全体受试对象进行问卷调查,并以一套相同的综合医学研究资料对受试对象进行测试,观察学生医学统计方法综合应用能力情况。结果:教学改革模式与传统教学模式相比更受学生认可(%),四组认可度之间无差异(P﹥);正确率更高(P<)且完成数据分析的时间更短(P<);学生测试成绩更好(P<)。结论:以能力为本位的医学统计方法课程教学模式能很好地培养学生实际应用能力。

Research on Medical Statistics Teaching Reform Focusing on Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:Objective To study how to implement medical statistics teaching mode focusing on ability, and to observe the teaching effects. Methods Taking Medical & Nursing major students studying the course of medical statistics teaching methods in higher vocational colleges in 2010 and in 2011 as examples, use different teaching mode in each class via cross design. After teaching, ask each student to finish a questionnaire survey, and test each student with the same set prehensive medical research materials, to observe the students’ comprehensive practical ability using medical statistics methods. Results Students prefer reformed teaching method to traditional teaching method. The students learn better, spend shorter time to finish data analysis, and get higher grades in tests, so the differe
