我国食品安全预警体系和溯源体系发展现状及建议

摘要:建立和发展食品安全预警体系和溯源体系,是提高我的要求,是全球食品安全管理的发展趋
势。本文着重论述了我国食品安全预警体系和溯源体系的发展现状,针对存在的问题提出了一些切实建议。

Development Status and Proposal of Pre-warning System and
Traceability System of Food Safety in China

Abstract: Building and developing the pre-warning system and traceability system of food safety is the demand for improving the level of
the food safety and risk management. It is also the trend of development in global food safety management. This paper emphasized on
discussing the development status of pre-warning system and traceability system of food safety in China, and proposed some suggestions based
on the current problems.

食品是人类生存所必需的,食品安全直接关系着黄曲霉毒素污染事件;(7)腐败变质的食品依然上市
人类健康、经济发展、社会稳定,关系着人类文明和流通,如变质鲜奶、鲜肉、果汁饮料等;(8)转基因
进步[1,2],甚至关系到民族的存亡和兴衰。近年来,世食品的潜在威险;(9)食品安全问题的国际化,如“疯
界范围内一系列食品安全事件(如疯牛病、口蹄疫、牛病”、“禽流感”事件等。而我国食品安全管理现状
