干细胞移植治疗糖尿病周围血管病的伦理探讨

〔摘要〕运用干细胞移植治疗糖尿病周围血管病引起的伦理争议受到社会广泛关注。在移植治疗实施过程中
存在患者渴求与适应症选择、患者期望与治疗有效、患者认知与移植技术现状均有差距等伦理矛盾,因此应该坚
持科学性、技术准入、严格适应症、知情同意等原则,以保证在实施过程中遵守法律法规,严守伦理准则,坚守职业
道德,这样,既积极解决患者病痛,又不会滥用移植技术,最终造福患者,促进该项技术健康发展。

AbstractThe application of stem cell transplantation in the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular diseases,
like any other newly used technique,has been attracting much attention from the ethical field. Since various ethical
issues are concerned in the application,such as the sharp gaps between patients' demand and indication selection,
between patients' expectation and therapeutic effect,and between patients' recognition and the current condition of
transplating techniques. Therefore,ethical principles should be strictly abided by throughout the procedure inclu-
