摘要!从惠民医院麻醉手术患者的人文关怀着手, 强调术前沟通要温馨、诚信、尊重、有同情心; 术中要准备到位、技术到
位、记录到位、监护到位、防范到位; 术后要加强访视建立信任、和谐、友好的合作医患关系, 并将人文关怀纳入考评体系, 树立
完整的医务职业形象。

Abstract: Th is paper introduces the hum an istic care for patients receiv ing anesthesia and operation and con
crete imp lem entations. In the pre- m unication, doctors shou ld be w arm - hearted and hones,t and
show the ir respect passion for patien ts. Dur ing anesthesia and operation, the preparation, techn ique, m edi
ca l record, m on itoring, and precaution w ork should be done properly. The post- operational v isit should be a im ed
to establish a trustfu,l harm on ious, and friend ly re la tionship between doctors and patients, w ith hum anistic care in
cluded in to appra isal system for doctors, in order to build p lete im age ofm edical profession.
