数字环境下图书馆危机管理探讨

要
图书馆危机的产生来源于图书馆与环境发展的不适应性及图书馆自身矛盾运动的本质要求, 数字环境是影响当
前图书馆危机及其管理的重要因素。文章分析图书馆危机与危机管理的研究现状, 指出现有图书馆危机研究存在实证不足的缺
点, 讨论数字网络信息环境下图书馆危机产生根源和基本类型。剖析了图书馆存在危机的内外部原因, 给出了数字网络环境下
图书馆危机管理的应对策略。

Discussion on Library Crisis Management Under Digital Environment

Abstract
T he main reasons of library crisis were rooted in the non - adaptability between the library and environment
changes, and the contradiction movement in library system itself. The article analyzed the related researches of the library crisis
and crisis management, pointed that the current researches on library crisis management lack demonstration, discussed the essen
tial reason and the primary type of the library crisis under the work environment. By analyzing the interior and exterior
reasons of the crisis, some suggestions were given.
