呱氨托美丁片的制备工艺与质量控制研究

摘要:目的研究呱氨托美丁片的制备和质量控制方法。方法筛选最佳处方,以高效液相色谱法测定含量和有关物质,
紫外分光光度法测定溶出度。结果确定了最佳处方和质量控制方法。结论处方及制备工艺科学,质量控制方法准确可
行,专属性强。

Study on the Preparation Technology and Quality Control of Amtolmetin Guacil Tablets

Abstract: Objective To investigate the preparation technology and quality control standard of amtolmetin guacil
tablets. Methods The optimal formula of preparation was screened, the content was determined by HPLC and the
dissolution was examined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The preparation technology and the quality
control standard of amtolmetin guacil tablets was established. Conclusion The preparation method and the quality
control method investigated in this article is reliable with high specificity.
