三孢布拉霉菌菌丝体中番茄红素超声提取工艺研究

摘要:目的研究超声波法提取三孢布拉霉菌(Blakeslea trispora)菌丝体中番茄红素的工艺条件。方法研究提取溶剂、
料液比及超声波输出功率、间歇工作时间、超声时间对提取效果的影响,通过正交试验,确定最佳工艺条件。结果通过实
验得到最佳超声提取工艺条件为:以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,料液比1:100,超声波输出功率400 W,间歇工作时间5 s/5 s, 超声提取
时间20 min,二级提取。 %。结论优化了番茄红素的超声提取工艺。

Abstract: Objective To study the extraction technology of lycopene from Blakeslea trispora mycelium with
ultrasonication. Methods The effects of several factors on the extraction were studied, including extracting solvent,
solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic output power, intermission/ultrasonication time,total extraction time. The optimum
conditions were obtained by an orthogonal experiment. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:
ethyl acetate as the solvent, solid-liquid ratio of 1:100, ultrasonic output power of 400 W, intermission/ ultrasonication
time of 5 s/5 s,total extraction t
