溃疡性结肠炎患者特定穴红外物理特性研究

摘要: 目的: 观察 UC 患者特定穴的红外辐射特征, 探讨穴位红外辐射对溃疡性结肠炎的诊断价值。方法:
采用体表红外光谱仪检测 UC患者和健康人 5个特定穴的红外辐射光谱及其平均尖锐程度和能量。结果: UC 患
者 5个特定穴的辐射强度大体上是大于健康人, UC患者左右两侧合谷、上巨虚和足三里穴的辐射强度均有显著
差异的波段多于健康人, 而列缺穴均与健康人无显著差异, 商阳穴有显著差异的波段少于健康人。 UC 患者左右
两侧穴位谱的尖锐程度和能量均与健康人无差别, UC患者左右两侧穴位谱的尖锐程度和能量的差别小于健康
人。结论: UC患者特定穴存在红外辐射特性的改变, 在一定程度上可反映肠道病变, 但并不能说明穴位红外辐射
特征的改变与穴位局部能量变化相关。
