城市轨道交通站区空间系统地上地下协同关系研究

摘要
随着国家“两型”社会城市建设的实施和城市化进程的加快,轨道交通在全国
城市范围内得到蓬勃发展,城市轨道交通站区地上地下空间的一体化开发建设越来
越受到重视,其凸显的问题也日益受到关注。如何在有效解决好城市区域交通的基
础上组织与构建好轨道交通站区空间系统地上地下的协同关系,促进城市一体化建
设,改善城市区域环境,是本文所关注的问题。
本文研究是在城市轨道交通站区空间系统地上地下协同概念的界定和评价条件
的建立基础之上,结合城市轨道交通站区的开发建设实例,研究轨道交通站区空间
系统地上地下功能与形态的协同关系,并把这些研究成果运用于实际项目中,以进
行部分求证。
首先,通过对城市轨道交通站区空间系统地上地下协同内涵与意义的探寻,总
结出空间系统地上地下协同的评价条件。其次,通过对轨道交通站区空间系统地上
地下协同发展演变过程的阐述与异同比较,指出我国轨道交通站区地上地下空间系
统存在的主要问题。第三,针对国内外不同类型的轨道交通站区开发建设项目的分
析,从功能与形态两个方面分析总结出轨道交通站区空间系统地上地下协同关系的
主要类型与模式,并进行系统研究。最后,理论联系实际将研究成果运用到武义县
新火车站站前区块城市设计项目中。
本文研究对于城市轨道交通站区空间系统地上地下的一体化建设具有重要意
义。城市轨道交通站区空间系统功能与形态协同关系的模式研究,为轨道交通站区
空间系统地上地下一体化关系的认知提供了一定的理论基础,也为引导与控制城市
轨道交通站区空间系统地上地下的一体化开发与建设,协同好城市功能与形态的关
系,提供了一定的应用指导。

Abstract
As the implementation of the two types society of city construction and the
acceleration of urbanization, urban rail transportation in the national scope get vigorous
development . more and more attention has to pay to the underground space development
and construction relying on the surrounding area of the rail transit station. and also its
highlight problems. How to effectively construct the synergy relations of underground
space system at rail transit station based on solving the regional transport improving the
urban region environment which this paper issues concerned.
This study is based on the definition of concept and the establishment of
collaborative evaluation standard at the rail station underground space system. Combined
with the practice of the area of rail station, researching the underground space function
and forms of cooperative mode, and try to apply the results of this study in practical
projects as partial verification.
