江西是一个旅游资源非常丰富的省份,文化创意旅游的出现为江西的旅游业甚至整个经济发展结构的转变提供了一个契机,也是实现旅游可持续发展的一条有效途径。本文全面论述“文化创意”与旅游产业发展的概念及内在联系,提倡用创意产业的思维方式和发展模式重塑旅游产业体系。通过对国内外先进经验的总结,现提出江西旅游文化创意产业发展的对策建议,旨在为江西的旅游产业升级以及江西社会经济发展提供借鉴。并力求在此基础之上进行方法的进一步探索和突破,早日实现“建设富裕和谐秀美江西”的宏伟目标。

Abstract
Jiangxi is the province that have a lot of tourism resources .So the emergence of culture and creative tourism to Jiangxi's tourism industry is very important , even for the whole economic development . What’s more,it is an effective way to achieve sustainable tourism development. This paper discusses the concept of "cultural creativity" and development of tourism . It advocates the use of creative thinking way and development mode to reshape the tourism industry system. Based on the advanced experience,I made the proposal for Jiangxi tourism culture and creative industries development . On this basis,try to make further exploration and breakthrough old structure. So,the grand goal that"building a prosperous and harmonious beautiful Jiangxi "e ture as soon as possible.

2011年,十七届六中全会通过《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,对改革开放以来文化建设的实践与经验进行了总结,各方面文化建设成绩斐然,尤其是“十一五”时期文化改革与发展所取得的成就。为响应国家的要求,江西省第十三次党代会也提出了“建设富裕和谐秀美江西”的宏伟目标。
