[摘要] 目的探讨鼻渊通窍颗粒联合克拉霉素颗粒对小儿慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法将100例小儿慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用克拉霉素进行治疗,观察组同时予鼻渊通窍颗粒,比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后VAS评分、Lund-Kennedy评分、临床症状改善情况及不良反应。结果(1)%(33/50);%(44/50)。两组疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义();(4)观察组鼻窦、脓涕及鼻甲充血肿胀症状的改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<);(5)两组治疗过程中均未见不良反应的发生。结论鼻渊通窍颗粒联合克拉霉素颗粒治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎临床疗效显著,安全性高,其主要通过改善鼻窦腔黏膜炎性来改善患者症状。

The effect of Biyuan Tongqiao bined clarithromycin granules on children with chronic sinusitis

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Biyuan Tongqiao bined with clarithromycin granules on children with chronic sinusitis. Methods A total of 100 cases of pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group were treated with clarithromycin, the observation group on the basis of control group were treated with Biyuan Tongqiao particles.
