文档介绍：鼻渊通窍颗粒联合克拉霉素颗粒治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎的疗效观察[ 摘要] 目的探讨鼻渊通窍颗粒联合克拉霉素颗粒对小儿慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法将 100 例小儿慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组各 50 例。对照组采用克拉霉素进行治疗,观察组同时予鼻渊通窍颗粒, 比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后 VAS 评分、 Lund-Kennedy 评分、临床症状改善情况及不良反应。结果(1 )对照组临床总有效率为 % ( 33/50 ); 观察组临床总有效率为 % ( 44/50 )。两组疗效比较, 差异具有统计学意义( );(4) 观察组鼻窦、脓涕及鼻甲充血肿胀症状的改善情况均显著优于对照组( P< );(5 )两组治疗过程中均未见不良反应的发生。结论鼻渊通窍颗粒联合克拉霉素颗粒治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎临床疗效显著, 安全性高, 其主要通过改善鼻窦腔黏膜炎性来改善患者症状。[ 关键词] 小儿慢性鼻窦炎;鼻渊通窍颗粒;克拉霉素; VAS 评分[ 中图分类号] [ 文献标识码]B[ 文章编号] 1673-9701 ( 2014 ) 32-0034-03 The effect of Biyuan Ton gqiao bined clarithromycin granules on children with chronic sinusitis LIN Jun Department of Otolaryngology , Shandong Zouping County People's Hospital , Zouping 256200 , China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Biyuan Tongqiao bined with clarithromycin granules on children with chronic sinusitis.
