赤脚医生时期北京村落医患关系

〔摘要〕基于史料研究、定性访谈和问卷调查,回顾性地研究了赤脚医生时期北京村落医患关系的内容及其特
点。结果显示,在医疗环境相对艰苦的赤脚医生时期,虽然赤脚医生医技水平有限,但是他们却以良好的服务态
度和医疗作风赢得了村民对其服务的认可,医患之间表现出的平等性、相互性、可信性,有利于形成比较和谐的医
患关系。

Abstract: Based on the collection and analysis of historical materials and documents,interviews and question-
naires survey,this paper retrospectively studied the content and characteristics of doctor - patient relationship in the
Barefoot Doctors period in Beijing village. The results show that barefoot doctors provided medical and healthcare
services to their villagers in good attitude and method,and the villagers were satisfied with their services,although
the medical environment was relatively harder an
