陕西省历史文化名镇名村保护与发展中的问题与对策

摘要
作为一个历史悠久的省份,陕西拥有不少古村镇。这些村镇承载着陕西历史
和文化,也是中国历史性村镇大家族中的重要组成部分。在现代城镇的开发与建
设中,许多历史文化村镇受到了威胁,保护与发展的矛盾越来越明显,并引起了
各界人士的关注。经过无数天灾人祸的磨难,陕西境内保存下来完整度较高的历
史文化村镇已经不多。截止 2012 年,陕西只有五个村镇被评为“中国历史文化
名镇名村”,并散落在关中、陕北和陕南的广大区域。由于陕西的历史文化名村名
镇数量少,类型多样化,分布和特色上都具有明显的地域性特征,因此,立足全
省审视历史文化名村名镇保护与发展,根据存在的问题提出建设性意见就显得尤
为重要。
在实地调研的基础上,论文结合国内外专家学者的研究成果,对陕西历史文
化名镇名村的历史、地理、文化类型及其保护与发展的现状、存在的问题进行了
分析研究,并提出了一些建议和对策,以期促进陕西现有的五个“中国历史文化
名镇名村”的保护和发展。

The Problems and Countermeasures of The Historical and
Cultural Towns and Villages’Protection and Development
in Shaanxi

Abstract
As a province with a long history, Shaanxi has many ancient villages and towns .
These villages and towns Carry shaanxi’s history and culture, and also are the important
parts of the whole of Chinese historical and cultural towns and villages. But in the
modern urban development and construction, many historical and cultural towns and
villages are threatened, the contradiction between protection and development is more
and more obvious, and has more attention. After countless natural and man-made
obstacles, there are not so many historical towns and villages be preserved . As of 2012,
only five villages and towns in shaanxi was rated as "Chinese historical and cultural
towns and villages", and are scattered in the different area. Due to the historical and
cultural towns and villages in shaanxi has less number, type diversity, distribution and
features with obvious regional characteristics, it is particularly important to research the
situation of thier protection and development from the Angle of the hole province, and
what more important is proposing an overall strategy according to the actual situation.
