摘要为充分利用紫苏叶资源,研究超声波辅助提取紫苏叶总黄酮的工艺条件。本文以总黄酮含量为指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验研究超声波辅助提取紫苏叶中总黄酮的工艺条件。结果表明,影响紫苏叶总黄酮超声波辅助提取效果的因素按其影响程度大小依次为:水浴温度>超声时间>乙醇浓度>料液比。紫苏叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数30%,料液比1:40,超声时间70 min,水浴温度80℃。 mg/g,%。

The Pilot Study on Process of Extracting Total Flavonoids from Perilla Leaf by Ultrasonic Wave Cooperated Method
Abstract The research aimed to study an extraction technology for total flavonoids from perilla leaves. The single factor test and the orthogonal test were taken to study the extraction conditions of total flavonoids by ultrasonic wave cooperated method through measuring the content of the total flavonoids. The effects of each factor on yield rate of total flavonoids in order was water-bath temperature >time with ultrasonic wave >the concentration of ethanol >the ratio of material to liquid. The optimum extracting conditions were theconcentration of ethanol of 30% ,time with ultrasonic wave of 70 min, ratio of material to liquid of 1:40(g/mL), water-bath temperature of 80℃. The optimized method was efficient, and the rate of total flavonoids extracted was up to mg/g and the rate of recovery was %.
