提要:目的探讨中央神经细胞瘤的影像学特征。方法收集手术病理证实的中央神经细胞瘤10例,回顾性总结分析其临床、病理及影像学表现特征,10例患者均接受MRI平扫及增强。其中4例有CT平扫资料。结果 10例中,男4例,女6例。3例局限于左侧侧脑室,3例局限于右侧侧脑室,4例累及双侧侧脑室。肿瘤的生长与透明隔关系密切。肿瘤于MRI T1WI表现为稍低或等信号,T2WI或FLAIR表现为稍高或等信号,信号不均匀。CT显示钙化常见。增强扫描肿瘤有不同程度的强化。结论中央神经细胞瘤的临床、病理有一定的特征性,当MRI表现为肿瘤以透明隔为中心对称生长,或以宽基底附着于透明隔向一侧侧脑室生长,结合患者年龄,应考虑中央神经细胞瘤的诊断。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the neuroradiological features of intraventricular central neurocytoma in ten Ten patients with central neurocytoma were imaged using contrast-enhanced and non-enhanced MRI scans; Four of them were also scanned with non-enhanced CT. Two radiologists read the images retrospectively. The imaging data were studied with regard to location, size, margin, signal intensity, enhancement characteristics and presence of calcification
